At Blaxland Massage Therapy, trained and certified health professional works on the the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The massage therapist uses varying degrees of pressure and movement. Every massage therapy session is customised according to clients individual goals, needs and preferences.

Rebecca Carter
Registered Massage Therapist
- Born and raised in the Blue Mountains, Rebecca has had an interest in massage from an early age.
- Working in administration and call centre roles for over 20 years, Rebecca has witnessed and experienced the injuries that desk jobs can cause. This prompted a change of careers and the decision to follow her interests in massage therapy.
- Rebecca graduated from Blue Mountains TAFE in 2018 with a Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy, attaining a Statement of Excellence for Academic Achievement.
- Rebecca has a keen interest in Paediatric Massage Therapy, undertaking additional studies through Liddle Kidz Foundation in paediatric touch therapy, focussing on the impact of touch therapies in Neurodiverse Children.
- Rebecca is passionate about massage therapy and the positive place it can play in the lives of her clients.
- Rebecca is currently completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.
- Rebecca has also attended training in Mental Health First Aid, is CPR and First Aid trained, holds a National Police Check, Working With Children Check, fully insured with CGU and a member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
